This work is my passion, and I can't wait to share it with you.

My name is Sarah Klein. I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a STOTT Pilates-trained rehabilitation instructor, a dry needling specialist — and a fellow zebra. When you arrive exhausted from years of being dismissed or enduring ineffective treatment, I already understand.

I created Stable Body Kinections as an in-person clinical practice in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, connective tissue conditions, chronic pain, and performing arts medicine — with virtual services available, including telehealth physical therapy throughout Georgia and wellness coaching, movement programs, and care coordination services nationwide through our Kinected Care Virtual Services.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mercer University, with Bachelor of Science in Education degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Georgia. My clinical background spans outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, dance medicine, chronic pain, and emergency response — including time as a Clinic Director while living in Auburn, Alabama — with advanced training in Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling, myofascial manipulation, and Pilates-based rehabilitation. My studies have taken me from Georgia to the National Taiwan Sport University, and my own lived experience with hEDS continues to shape how I practice every day.

I'm an active member of APTA Georgia and APTA National, currently serving on the APTA Georgia Governmental Action Committee. I'm also a member of EDS ECHO and the Fascia Research Congress. I was named a 2023 APTA Emerging Leader in recognition of my legislative advocacy on Direct Access in Alabama — work I care about because access to good care shouldn't be difficult.

My goal is simple: to combine everything I know about the human body, physical therapy, athletic training, Pilates, and movement with the kind of care that actually sees you. If you've been looking for someone who gets it, I'd love to be that person.
